Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the provided RMA form to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship the Item
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
